Soft plyobox

Soft plyobox is ideal for personal and plyometric training. Plyometric training is a training method which has as main purpose to learn your muscles a fast, powerful and explosive motion in a short period of time. Each Soft Plyobox can be used separately or in combination with other Soft Plyoboxes. You can stack the Plyoboxes and connect them by using the hook and loop fasteners. The soft top layer ensures that novices can start plyometric exercises in a safe manner. Equipped with 2 useful handles.
